Supporting, responsible for System availability, Function and business support, and this is achieved through creation of End to End Health checks in addition to Business Health checks. Also day to day activity includes implementation of new applications releases and communication with different support parties to ensure system availability and functioning. Some applications are java based application hosted connected to Oracle database and JBOSS/Apache application servers depending on application. Other applications are ASP web application hosted on Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS).
BB applications are a group of applications that are used in to accomplish the complete cycle of selling and order management of Etisalat product until installation at the end client.

I have been working as a BSS for a project named “Requisition and Due In/Due Out” Large web based solution for managing requisitions between all stores and technical branches of Armed Forces, EAACC & U.S.A and for controlling all Armed Forces Stocks & Stores.
My Role is to help in requirement gathering and preparing analysis and design documents. And development in the JAVA Middle Ware and application web pages.
Highlights :
1-Requirement gathering from more than 100 Armed Forces Stocks & Stores(Requirement tractability matrix) Analysis and Design include developing End-use Cases, UML Diagrams(Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram and Collaboration Diagram).
2- Creating the requirement and source traceability matrices of the project. Support the organizational to achieve CMMI level 2 and preparation of CMMI L3 assessment.
3- Prepare impact analysis of this solution on all integrated systems, To be sure that all integrated systems are aligned to the solution Meeting with stockholder SPOCs of team(Stack Holders) that will share in the project to facilitate and handle depends between teams tasks.
4-Recurring monitoring and evaluation of teams progress using a weekly status report Preparing user Acceptance Tests and HO for the requisition project.
Achievements and Operational Enhancement :
Lead the development to configure and install the java Middle Ware Server and to develop the application using ASP.Net Technologies. Responsible for Project Monitoring and Control (PMC) and performance QA audits of the project. Design and develop the approval work flow of requisitions on the system
