Sr. Planning Engineer - Kuwait Gulf Oil Company - New Head Office - Kuwait . ($ 102 Million)
Main Duties and Responsibilities;
• Develop Master Plan Schedule.
• Review & recommend on the method statements, Construction Methodology, Schedule & Planning Methodology.
• Review & recommend the detailed construction schedule, using Primavera P6.
• Review Cost loading and resource assigning to the scheduled activities.
• Review the project S - curve and Cash flow diagrams from the contractor construction schedule
• Study and review time & cost claim submitted by the contractor, also the revised / recover schedules.
• Review weekly & monthly reports
• Review Contractors' work schedules in accordance with projects and contractual requirements.
• Monitor Project progress; analyze Sites reports and advice Project Managers accordingly.
• Control and report Project risk and issues in accordance with Technical Support Manager Advices and recommendations.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports for Projects and Technical support activities.

Total Management Consultancy Projects Management & Feasibility is a Kuwait private company working in the field of the planning and controlling management of the construction projects.
Projects:
A)- Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc - New Headquarters at Mina Saud - Kuwait - Combined Group Contracting Co.(Contract Value $ US 39.41 Million). Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing the method of statements with the project management team including Construction Methodology & Schedule, Planning Methodology.
• Develop the detailed construction schedule, using Primavera P6.
• Prepare of and update S - curve and Cash flow diagrams from the contractor construction schedule
• Study and decide with project manager about method and procedures for construction and form work requirements and planned manpower movement.
• Cost loading and resource assigning to the scheduled activities.
• Follow up and update the schedule based on site progress data then highlight the concerned area.
• Prepare RFP (Request for Proposal) with Time & Cost study.
• Prepare Claims study with time impact analysis according to the baseline study and event.
• Prepare progress reports (pre meeting reports with presentation sheets).
• Prepare fund requirements on monthly bases according to project schedule.
• Prepare monthly target (lookahead) for all project team and subcontractors as per the baseline planned and Follow up with them in order to achieved that target.
B) Public Authority for Applied Education & Training (PAAET)
Extension of College of Health Sciences for Girls (Contract Value $ US 58.96 Million).
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Study and decide with project manager about method and procedures for construction and form work requirements and planned movement and cycles.
• Develop the detailed construction schedule, using Primavera P6.
• Prepare Cost loading and resource assigning to the scheduled activities.
• Follow up and update the schedule based on site progress data.
• Prepare RFP/ Time & Cost Claim study with time impact analysis.
• Review daily reports prepared by site engineers.
• Prepare fund requirements on monthly bases according to project schedule.
• Prepare of S - curve and Cash flow diagrams from the contractor construction schedule.
• Follow up site progress in weekly basis in order to review & approval of the contractor monthly payments

• Follow up with sites managers to ensure achieving the required progress.
• Prepare Progress reports and discuss with company's Management the status of the projects and proposed corrective measures.
• Review financial and progress status of the projects.
• Prepare fund requirement in monthly terms according to projects planes.
• Prepare of materials reconciliation and procurement reports.

Kosti Thermal Power Station - 4x125 MW
4 Cooling Tower & 2 Chimneys.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop detailed construction plan, execution schedule ( Completed, Monthly,
Weekly & Daily).
• Study and decide with project manager about method and procedures for construction and form work requirements and planned movement and cycles.
• Develop the detailed construction schedule, using Primavera Software.
• Loading cost and resource to the schedule activities.
• Issue computerized time, cost and resource reports.
• Follow up and update the schedule based on the site progress data.
• Prepare monthly and progress reports.
• Review daily reports prepared by site engineers.
• Prepare fund requirements on monthly bases according to project schedule
