Project : Al-bahr Commercial Center Project_Jeddah
Project Scope :
Supply and installation of all MEP systems for the project including : Infrastructure works, HVAC, Plumping, Draining, Power systems, lighting systems, Fire Alarm system, Low current system, CCTV system, Security & access control systems & BMS.
Brief Description of Responsibilities:-
• Adept to prepare comprehensive schedules for specific jobs, activities, tasks, & requirements at each project stage.
• Ensure execution of the Mechanical activities is carried out in stages within a reasonable time as per the approved project plan.
• Coordinate & arrange timely allocation of the mechanical labor, tools, equipment, machinery, material, finance & other resources.
• Materials take off from the approved shop drawings and issuing the materials purchasing requests
• Provides expert advice on engineering drawings, material and equipment selection, cost estimates, etc.
• Leading, managing, and Motivate a team of mechanical/piping engineers, draft men, foremen
• Control & supervise all phases of development for execution completion & project closeout.
• Guide department to identify, pre-select companies with ability & experience in providing the related services.
• Inspection for all the purchased items during delivery from suppliers as per Manufacturing Slandered, Materials approval, project specification, and international related codes.
• Issuing the method of statements for the installation of the mechanical systems in accordance with the Manufacturer's Recommendations, project specifications, s, and international related codes.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with quality, time, and budget parameters for the project • Steer variation orders approval by concerned entities before execution
• Responsible to ensure safe construction/ execution practices in the storage and movement of tools, equipment, and material, adoption of safe work practices, the implementation of safety policy.
• Arranging informátion, reports, documents, and clarification for Client/ Consultant.
• Liaise for inspections & approvals from local municipality, authorities, Civil Defense, National Water Company (NWC), and Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) when required.

1- JEDDAH ECONOMIC CITY PROJECT - JEDDAH - KSA (Jul.2018 : Dec.2020)
Project budget :(580, 000, 000 S.R) for 1st phase infrastructure of Kingdom Tower in Jeddah.
Scope :-
➢ Underground pre-insulated chilled water network with a total length of 31, 200 meters of pre-insulated ASTM A 53, API 5L Carbon steel pipes, Diameters was from 2" up to 48”& wall thickness up to 15.87mm.
➢ Installation of Isolation valve chambers (butterfly, gate, and ball valves), Drain valve chambers, and Air release valves chambers.
➢ Underground water and irrigation Pipelines (HDPE)pipes dia. Up to 600 mm. with their Pump stations, valves, strainers, screen filters, Flowmeters, Gauges, Dismantling joints, Cranes, etc
➢ Underground Sewage & Storm Pipelines (GRP, PVC & Ductile iron pipes ) with their Lift stations.
2- MADINAH HAJJ CITY PROJECT-INFRASTRUCTURE PACKAGE PROJECT (Sep.2014 : Jun.2018)
Project Budget: 7, 500, 000, 000 SAR
Project Scope:
The project is located 3.00 Km from “prophet’s Mosque” in Madinah Al Munawarah it consists of the following.
High rise buildings: Eight OFFICES BUILDINGES AND HOTELS with 500, 000 m2 built up area. infrastructure for 104
towers with total area (1, 690, 630.5 m2).
*Site Infrastructure works including:
- Underground Pipelines Network (Chilled, Domestic, Fire, Irrigation, Sewer, Treated gray water networks)
And Installation of 21 Fountain Pump Rooms and 2 underground water tanks.
* 2 District Cooling Plants : (Total Capacity: 200, 000 Refrigeration Ton)
Each Plant consist of a 100, 000 RT / (20x5000) Centrifugal water chiller, 20 Counter-flow induced draft Cooling Towers, 20 Counter-flow induced draft Cooling Towers, 42 chilled and condenser Water Pumps,
Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, 46 Plate Heat Exchanger, and BMS &SCADA control systems.
* Steel Thermal Energy storage tanks : Total 6 Nos. of steel tanks with total capacity of 60, 000 square meters.
* Water mist fire fighting system, ventilation, and drainage system for the electrical tunnel.
3- KING FAISAL UNIVERSITY STAFF HOUSING PROJECT (Jun.2013 : Aug.2014)
Project budget (1, 100, 000, 000 S.R).
It Consist of the following:
931, 350 M2 of Development Area. 388 Typical Villas - 5 Vice Rectors Villas and One Type Villa for Rector - 28 Apartment Buildings, 2 shopping Center, Two Mosques &All infrastructure work in the site (underground Networks - hardscape - landscape …. ext.).
Brief Description of Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting technical Plans such as cost estimates, pipeline layouts, and flow simulations.
- Managing the manpower and equipment during the construction of all the Mechanical systems in the projects. - Preparation of the Shop Drawing and the technical submittals - Materials take off from approved shop drawings and issuing the materials purchasing requests - Attending all levels of technical meetings with project managers and consultants.
- Interacting with a consultant for day-to-day inspection / Approval of site work
- supervision of service preparation and Protection by Sand Blast and Coating types or wrapping
- Monitoring complete Mechanical activities for a project/part of a project, including scheduling of Project - Submitting a weekly report to the project manager for progress, invoicing, variation, & productivity.
