• Accounting entry.
• Following-up work progress as well as accounting principles.
• Dealing and handling with (Dr /Cr) Notes.
• Regular inventory of Warehouses.
• Costing adjustments of Items.
• Following-up FOC & Items Receiving.
• Prepare records and securities registration forms, and other publications necessary.
• Review all invoices and claims received and checked and make sure the official approval and health amounts and carried over to the accounting books.
• Matching fund balances and banks at the end of each day / month.
• Prepare a report on the movement of the Fund and the banks and submitted to the Finance Director.
• Review of bank reconciliation statements and monthly balances are available and the development of his remarks and then submitted to the Finance Director.
• Balance sheets (monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly).
