Responsible for achieving company goals in terms of quantities and varieties inside and outside Egypt related to crops planted under pivots.

Tactical Responsibilities:

Planning:

Propose my vision regarding next season.
Prepare initial budget for each product.
Working closely with tactical engineers to get initial planting plan.
Introduce and discus initial plan with owners and top management.
With the planting plan starts working closely with different departments and different sites - farms to prepare supported plans which identify the different sites needs.
During the season working closely with tactical engineers to get harvesting plans.
During season always analyzing operations to identify deviations then propose and implement corrective action plans.

Execution:

Follow up all plans.
Directing plans as company needs to meet customer needs.
sites-farms visits every each short period.
Continuance present at stations to stand on products sorting and packing.
Visit the ports to stand on vessel loading.
Observing all production and packing operations.
Solve different departments problems.
Hold continues meetings or conference calls to stand on the situation day by day.
Working closely with quality department to ensure that analysis result is computable with the international standers.
Follow up local contracts in terms of volume and value.
Consecutive visits to cold stores to check seeds quality.

Results analysis:
After the season finished results are analyzed to get all season data.
Preparing the new OGSM for next season.

Management responsibilities:

Prepares job description for my team.
Guides, monitors and evaluates the performance of my team.
Reporting to owners.
Internal Hiring for needed candidate.
Responsible for communication between high management and all different parties.
Develops and maintain good relationships and regular communication with different local customers and suppliers.
