1- Putting the monthly plan for production
2- Issuing the weekly report for sales and showing the performance of the plan
3- Following up the production and ensuring that we complete the whole orders in production
4- Organizing with all the operation departments (R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, Work Shop, Ware House and Quality Control) to be ready on the moment of launching the order. (Starting Production)
5- Monitor the production flow and according to the logistics plan.
6-Animate and improve production planning processes
1- Studying the orders comes from export sector (studying the raw material available to produce the order)
2- Put the suitable date which we will be able to deliver the order to the customer according to availability of raw material
3- Put the monthly plan for production
4- Studying the availability of raw material needed to complete the monthly plan
5- Put a purchasing order for our shortage in raw material needed to complete the plan
6- Following up the variable orders from the beginning of production till the store of finish product (make sure all order is completely produced)
7- Issuing the monthly report for the variable reasons that affect on not achieving the plan
8- Issuing a report for the expected profitability during the month
