Assist the Security Management in Port operations; ensure compliance to DP World regulations including ISPS Code, ISO: 28000 and other pertinent regulations.
Assist the Security Management for Risk identification and risk management for the Port, carry out risk analysis and provide suggestions.
To conduct onsite inspections on daily basis as per the departmental checklist, assist in audit/review reports, reviewing findings, monitoring the performance of security personnel and suggest recommendations to line managements.
To Respond, Investigate and Resolve all security sensitive incidents & emergencies, accidents and violations occurring within the port premises, follow up action for resolution, Foresee potential threats and ensure precautionary measures are in place to protect assets within port premises.
Ensure all Security equipment’s are properly operated, tested, calibrated and maintained accordingly.
To assure all the documents, standards and professionalism for the security department are in compliance with ISPS & ISO requirements.
Collaborate with the EHS, Police, Civil Defense departments concerning specific incidents and coordinate with Security Command Center to support their respective Security Operations
Supervised and monitored the status of vessels along with its compliance with limited access areas, which included safety/security zones and regulated navigation areas provided effective assistance to the Operations Unit with collecting, evaluating, and distributing information regarding new incidents and developments.
