Overall Duties:
Develop and maintain planning for 35 days lock plan / 35 days progress plan and 90 day look ahead plan for Oil & Gas upstream production (ESP submersible pumps type wells with Water/Gas injection reservoirs).
Review and add up in 35 days plan as per the daily updates from the offshore as well on shore activities.
Set up functional coordination with planning positions currently outside the operational planning group. (I.e. Wells planner, facilities planner).
Develop procedures to set up rules for adding activities for 35 day lock plan and compliance report.
Planning SIMOPS activities fir Rig and work over units.
Identify resources and material for the activities in the plan.
Preparation of weekly, monthly and look ahead schedules and progress report.
Develop and maintain planning group procedures ensuring that all interfaces are monitored and streamlined for efficiency.
Review and evaluate the group, setting tasks and targets for each position, and monitor the same. Annual re-evaluation.
Review Planning Group for experience, training and ability.
Re-distribute the planning team to best fit the requirements of the company.
Assist with the development of the SAP like smoothing of PM plans.

On shore coordination Roles:
Reports to onshore planning lead and planning coordinator position is created to have better coordination between onshore and offshore to enhance the quality of 35 day plan and 90 day plan.
Ensure excellent interface between onshore Project engineers, Drilling and production engineering with offshore planning team.
Ensure that 90 day look ahead plan and 35 days lock plan prepared are more transparent.
Provide a rigid 35 days lock planning schedule to meet all the criteria for compliance and flexible planning service to all department heads ensuring their requirements are met in a reasonable time scale, without setting unrealistic targets in the plan.
Responsible for conducting 35 day lock plan meeting in offshore and chair the 90 day planning meeting with onshore in coordination.
Set-up data date for weekly 35 day offshore rolling plan and issue it with proper check with onshore planning lead.
Prepare compliance report with all required data and send it to the concerned for the review and approval.

Experience in brief:
Experienced with each shutdown plan demands to zero safety incidents, zero quality issues, variance of no more than 10 per cent either way on the schedule and strict budget discipline.
Experienced in Shutdown Maintenance Planning for Train-1/2 and offshore platform like DP1/DP2/DP3/DP4/PP1/WP1/WP2/WP3 Assets with Major Shutdown Driver such as Gas Turbine Major Inspection and Compressor Overhauling.
Preparation of Detail Integrated Schedule of all Shutdown job list which consists of Column, Pumps, Pressure vessels, Absorbers, Heat Exchangers, Scrubbers, Gas Turbines, Centrifugal compressors
Job assessment at site and determine Duration for each Activity with refer to Work Pack which consists of Relevant Technical Specification / Drawings / Check List etc.
