1. The welding supervision :
a) Welders qualification tests ( WQT ) .
b) Welding of piping/pipeline in different materials ( i.e.C.Steel, Alloy Steel,
\[ P11, P22, P91\] and Stainless Steel )
c) Qualify welding procedure specification (WPS).
2. Field inspection for the piping, which are fabricated and erected at site.
3. Dealing with Isometrics and drawing for different items.
4. Execute the N.D.T in fabricated piping and sharing in prepare the procedure for the following methods of N.D.T (RT & PT & MT and VT).
5. Supervision the following processes:
a) Heat treatment.
b) Hardness.
6. Responsible for welders production and hours per day.
7. Design all documentation’s and forms for Q.C department using the P.C.
8. Preparation test packages files for lines, which ready to deliver to the contractor.
9. Check the test package in the site and make punch list.
10. Check all materials (pipes and fitting) received from suppliers.
11. Release materials for fabrication according isometric.
12. Preparation list for missing materials according to the isometric.
13. Receiving materials according to ASME II.
Verify/confirm for all fabrication erection for plate work, steel structure, pressure vessel, cement industry plate work ..............etc.
Verify all welding activates carried out on site comply with company’s and client’s standards as per Welding procedures.
Co-ordination with Clients and NDT Sub contractors.
Conducting welder Qualification Test as per Approved WPS.
Co-ordination with Client inspector for daily welding activities and for stage inspection.
Ensure that approved WPS are followed.
Maintain & update all quality related documents at site.
Verification that dimensions fit up & weld preparations are in accordance with the drawings.
Client specifications and engineering drawings.
Dealing with Isometrics and drawing for different items.
Demonstrated solid knowledge in Inspection documentation methods such as (ITPs and QCPs).
Review of Isometric Drawings & ensure approved WPS as well as Qualified
Welders are available.
Monitor and maintain control records for welding consumable and welder performance record.
Witness of NDE activities (visual, RT, UT, MT, PT).
Aware for test pack activities for final review and cooperate with construction to release for test pack as soon as possible and expedite the client to release for test.
Check all materials (pipes and fitting) received from suppliers.
Release materials for fabrication according isometric.
Preparation list for missing materials according isometric.
Receiving materials according to ASMEII.
