1-Building up the HSE system based on OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 criteria.
2-Verify the implementation and operation of the HSE Systems, by planning and conducting internal audits to verify HSE management system procedures are being implemented as according to the International Standards.
3-Ensuring that reports on the performance of the HSE management system are presented to top management for review and used as a basis for improvement of the HSE management system.
4-Perform OH&S audits and inspections on machinery and safety equipment to identify potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
5-Building up the Environmental Record, Hazardous materials and waste record & also responsible for all environmental affairs and measurements
6-Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices, legislation and also Toolbox talk .
7-Provide appropriate risk assessment methodology, hazard identification, job safety analysis and environmental impacts assessment to comply with legislation and ensure all potential risks are identified and control measures implemented and monitored.
8-Conduct Moc drills to monitor the performance of emergency response for all employees.
9-Manage and administrate the PTW system activities including preparations, gas testing, ventilation and rescue on the rig in line with company HSE standards
10-Conduct monthly safety meetings with plant management to communicate safety reviews, plant safety performance, and safety action plans tracking
11- Supervise the inspection on machinery and equipment, such as lifting devices, machine shields and scaffolding, to make sure they meet safety regulations
12-Investigate incidents and occupational injuries, analyze near misses to determine root causes, provide action plan and install preventive measures to ensure non-recurrence. .
13-Perform audits, Inspection and tests on the Fire Fighting system .
