The service operation manager is reporting to division Manager.
The Service Operation Manager directs and controls the Branches Service Department to ensure an efficient and profitable operation to support Branches and Corporate objectives, and by maintaining the highest quality of service to the customer. This job includes:
1.Developing, monitoring and managing annual budgets and objectives for the Service Department,
2.ensuring quality repair work and customer satisfaction,
3.investigating and resolving customer complaints,
4.Administering service policy and warranty.
5.Supervising and evaluating service employees and staff work performance
