Responsibilities: -
●Ensure compliance with new rules and regulations such as an implementation of VAT inside GCC
● Develop policies and procedures for the finance department
●Prepare year-end financial statements
●Prepare and submit monthly VAT and annual Zakat declarations
● Prepare facility agreements, loan applications, and letters of guarantee
● Interview, train, and supervise new accountants
●Supervise HR, Purchasing, and Inventory Control accounting responsibilities
●Daily bookkeeping and accounting processes including: A/R, payroll, bank reconciliation
●Execute monthly payroll activities
●Prepare Journal Entries for a prepaid expense and deferred revenue
●Receive and deposit all revenue
●Coordinate with auditors in preparation of year-end audit
