Supervising and carrying out multi-discipline installation repairs and implements maintenance programs and day to day repairs on equipment and systems. This includes coordinating the activities of various disciplines and those of other departments to ensure continuity of work and supervising the implementation of daily, weekly and monthly work plans
developing preventive maintenance programs ensuring that necessary resources are available and that programs are completed on schedule and to required quality standards.
Partly Incharge of:
1- Invoice: Preparing Equipment monthly invoice in MSI System for:
Charges services, Material provided costs labour overheads, 3rd Party certification, calibrations, equipment and tools
2- Work Order:
updating all kinds of work orders with monitor and control system along with the WO’s cycle life, OSP and IMR’s
3- Coordinating with Store and work shop for maintain all equipment in scheduled periods with
lube-chart comparing within the KN Equipment slandered
4- Reports:
• Preparing Monthly equipment Reports for All related works and activated issues for the
management.
Preparing Monthly static - store Charges cost (Materials & Parts)
• SIX SIGMA: preparing and associate for Six Sigma reports
5- Ensure work is completed as scheduled, and coordinate the review of Equipment Status/Operation and Client Needs, Analysis with management and provide status reporting.
