Dispatch Clerk cum Sales Assistant

a) Carrying out administrative and clerical duties supporting the Dispatch Supervisor in organising the delivery of products to Destinations and Customers as per Sales Orders and Schedules according to daily plans.
b) Maintaining and updating the dispatch logbook, recording all loading and delivery activities.
c) Preparing Filling Advice Notes (FAN) and issuing PDN/PTNs for loading and delivery of products.
d) Preparing Road Bulkers / Trailers monthly movement reports and overseeing driver's performance and controlling activities of contractor vehicles.
e) Coordinate with Customer, receiving LPO from the Customer.
f) Coordinate with accounts department and checking various customer credit limit.
g) Coordinate with store keeper and miller for checking the stock level.
h) Controlling & coordinating overall Logistics.
a) Attending Customers Requirements & Enquiries.
b) Taking orders from various customer and collection of outstandings.
c) Preparation of Sales Report& Monthly report.
d) Coordinate with Factory Manager for checking the stock level.
e) Assisting to improve Customer Service by updating customer feedback.
f) Supervising Boarding & Lodging, Transportation for Foreign Delegates.
