Senior Customer Service 1 January 2015 to date: For (Air & Ocean): I receive notice from Client with the order once placed, and then assign order to our origin. Following up the order till readiness date and Dispatch note issuing. Checking with The client regarding the target date to have the order in Egypt, and then send the booking schedule to the client’s Origin and Destination. And Shipment booked as planned or rescheduled for any reason. destination to update the client with the release date. In addition, I provide the following:, Using SAP System: Open files for all import shipments Issue shipment Job Cost Sheet to the finance. Enter company’s outcome costs. Finish all shipments entry. Close the file for freight Shipment Execution. Escalation in case of delay. I provide daily reports to the client, And Reporting Incidents and problems as per escalation list. I Expedite DHL Invoices and check compliance to offer, and make Correction of invoices if required. Follow up collections. Participating in periodical reviews with the client in Egypt. Escalating any major problems as per escalation list. Follow up with our custom clearance team after shipment arrives to the final
I contact any client via phone and give him small brief about our Company, and then if he is interested I settle a meeting with him.
Meet the client and provide him with the company pursuer and provide all services available.
If got the volume from the client, then I provide rates for actual shipment and prepare for cargo pick up and then I pass the order to our operation team.
