• Planning, Execution, reporting and follow-up of certification audits / Assessment Audits, second party audits and inspections to ensure fulfillment of standards' requirements, legal and obligatory requirements.
• Maintain Communication with external organizations as SAS, IRCA, and UKAS to follow up rules updates
• Performing special audits/inspection required from Governments and Multinational Companies
• Actively participating in designing and modification courses’ materials for the training provided by SGS Academy.
• Supporting customers with highly professional training and awareness Services in Quality, Health, safety and environmental specialties.
• Coaching & mentoring individuals & companies to raise culture, enhance processes and achieve continual improvement.
• Actively advising on the promotion of a positive HSE culture to serve the effective implementation of all procedures
• Support and verify compliance with Safety Management System and applicable legal and regulatory requirements for the site
• Conduct Internal Audits/Inspections and follow up closure of CARs.
• Monitor maintenance standards, integrity, and certification for firefighting, lifesaving, and other safety equipment
• Participate in all JSA toolbox talks, and risk assessment to assure all HSE hazards are identified and adequately addressed
• Investigate incidents/Accidents, analyze trends and provide recommendations and corrective actions
• Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for all Policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Operation and Service and Maintenance of Breathing apparatus on drilling rigs
- Operation and Service and Maintenance of Breathing Air Compressors on drilling rigs
- Operation and Service and Maintenance of Gas Detection system : personal, portable and Fixed Gas Type on drilling rigs
- Operation and Service and Maintenance of Breathing Air Cascade Cylinders on drilling rigs
- Training Personnel on H2S Awareness and Breathing apparatus and connection to Cascade System on drilling rigs
- Assists in assembling cargo vessels.
- Loads and unloads cargo from helicopters and supply vessels.
- Performs minor maintenance as required.
- Assists in maintaining tubular goods.
- Relieve Floorhands as required.
- Assists in maintaining deck machinery and other equipment as required.
- Assists in mixing mud and chemicals.
- Makes up part of emergency crews performing duties as required by station bill or as otherwise directed.
- Comply with HS&E policies and procedures.
