▪ Ensures that the coordination & operating processes are implemented, communicated, utilized, and supported on the project.
▪ Is responsible that all related delivery responsibilities are conducted and coordinated in a safe timely manner and delivered in accordance with the contract requirements, through planning/coordination, communication, and control.
▪ Ensures that all required relevant installation drawings and instruction changes (including modifications) are adequately recorded, reported, and approved.
▪ Enforces the identification of the objectives roles as-installed configuration, non- conformities, defects, and workmanship issues, in the designated project tools.
▪ Is accountable for the creation/tracking and strong coordination of the installation plan/schedule, creation of installation reports/KPIs and tracking of all the systems installation NCRs.
▪ Comprehends and is aware of all the responsibilities transferred to the suppliers / subcontractors as described in the TRDs associated to the installation activities, and areas
▪ Manages controls systems for monitoring activities and action progress at the site areas
▪ Closely Coordinates the daily time schedules. Supervise and coordinate the planning and execution of all Depot site works within his/her designated areas

▪ Conducts daily site meetings ensuring all site personnel are aware of the daily activities, and functions are clear and understood by all
▪ Ensures that the Alstom supervision team attend toolbox talks on a weekly basis with the installers
▪ Organizes and coordinates the daily site activities to be conducted during the day, in accordance with the two weeks look ahead program
▪ Where required, provides all the associated documentation check lists etc..
▪ Conducts daily site coordination meeting with the CWJV, and Alstom installers/suppliers and
recording MOM daily
▪ Reports and records all possible issues that are foreseen that in the future may become items of contention immediately to their line manager
▪ Follow-up the suppliers and sub-contractors’ responsibilities based on the TRD
▪ Enforces HSE requirements on site where necessary with the support of HSE team
representatives
▪ Reports and records any HSE rules/requirements being violated during the entire project
▪ Monitor the material deliveries required for site installation activities

• Managing integration and interfaces as per the Contractual Requirements, Project Specifications, Project Schedules and TSY processes.
• Managing the Civil Works Interface / Integration team and ensuring the proper development and relevant training to the staff.
• Defining and maintaining the Interface Management Plan and Interface Matrix with regards to Civil Works Interface.
• Supervising the Interface Control Documents (ICDs) definition, production and validation.
• Organizing and monitoring the consistency of the interfaces relevant to CW.
• Attending and arranging meetings to facilitate the agreement between interfacing parties.
• Arbitrating the interface issues at design stage.
• Supporting the resolution of interface issues at installation stage, especially through site walkthroughs whenever is required.
• Responding to the Field Observation Deviations (FOD) and Field Design Changes (FDC) that are escalated to the CWI team.
• Coordinating design integration activities between the various railway disciplines and suggesting solutions to system integration issues.
• Performing multi-disciplinary analysis of system designs to support integration compliance to specifications and standards.
• Reviewing workflows from entities in due time.
• Organizing technical presentations whenever is required.
• Maintaining the TSY Shop Drawings Register by collecting the inputs from the Sub-Systems and ensuring the validation are obtained in due time.
• Ensuring the Installation Release Notices (IRN) and Installation Acceptance Tests (IAT) are containing the relevant clearances from the integrated System design point of view.
• Liaising with the Testing and Commissioning team at key stages of interface development to meet testing requirements.
• Reviewing the integration testing procedures.
• Supporting the V&V team.
• Maintaining the As-Built Drawings Register and establishing the relationship with the Completion Files.
• Reviewing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals from a technical perspective whenever is applicable.
• Providing all technical information for the drafting of letters towards the Consortium partners in case of conflicts.
• Assessing technically any Change Request (CHR) relevant to CWI.
• Escalating the major technical risks and issues to the Deputy PrEM.
• Establishing the Return on Experience (REX).
