Xceed corp ‘’TEData account’’ as a Trainer from 1/1/2016 till Now:
1. Deliver training to the new comers about Product Knowledge and System then
2. evaluate them using Quiz and practical test.
3. Report a detailed feedback about all trainees to the manager and follow up their quality result.
4. Handle customer complains which need more advanced knowledge.
5. Validate the unsolved cases before sending it to the (2nd Level) support team.

1. Receive calls from customers and Assist customers with their concerns
2. Handle Customers’ inquiries related to technical problems
3.Provide solutions to the concerns of the customers regarding their problem on their appliance or gadgets.
4. Provides answers to customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
5. identify and solve and provide by phone excellent solutions that related to PC technical problem

4-WORKING IN THE PREPARATION OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF CONTRACTS, PENALTIES AND COMPANIES
5- WORKING IN THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF CONSTITUTIONS BY COMPARING THE ARAB CONSTITUTIONS WITH EACH OTHERS
6- CREATING BLOGGING (COMMERCIAL, PENALTIES, CIVIL, CIVIL PROCEDURE AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURES.
7- LEGAL DATA ENTRY (TYPING SKILLS (50 WORDS PER MINUTE - ARABIC AND ENGLISH).
8- LEGAL RESEARCHER: DOING LEGAL RESEARCHES AND GIVING LEGAL OPINIONS.
