• Shared more than 60 Articles on Huawei knowledge base and 70 technical post on Huawei Forum.
• Participated in correcting and enhancing several Huawei documentations by my feedbacks and communication with the documentation team. (More than 120 Feedback) and announce by HQ to be Documentation star for 2019.
• Reported some critical bugs that could affect business and appreciated by product teams.

• Supporting Huawei enterprise customers in Middle East, Africa and Pakistan region to solve network, security and wireless problems by troubleshooting, finding the root cause and solution.

* Participated in establishing the company’s call center with my colleagues in 2010, which offers various services to the company’s clients all over Alexandria. In 2016, we became the company’s back office that collaborates with Exceed Egypt Company to offer unified services for all Electricity companies’ clients in Egypt.
* Supporting an IT infrastructure of about 90 employees. Responsible for the stability of the company’s back office computer network, Servers, Domain, VPN, internet connections, workstations (H/w and S/W) and Avaya (IP phones/Central).
* Managing windows server 2008/2012 (DHCP - DNS - Users and group accounts - Group policy - Back up).
* Ensure that network security and the software upgrades applied and kept up to date.
