1. Leading structural engineering department
2. Responsible for all kind of Engineering deliverables, like design calculations, drawings, etc.
3. One point coordination with the consultant, PMC and client representative.
4. Review and approval of subcontractor design and drawings.
5. Coordination with construction manager, Project manager and planning team.
6. Solving all day to day site execution issues, providing structural solutions for the same.
7. Represents the company in the engineering meeting.
8. Tracking weekly Engineering deliveries.
9. Coordination with BIM engineering team and tracking their deliverables.
10. Coordination With commercial and contractual managers and delivering required information related to variations and extension of time claims and Etc.
11. Preparing and presenting the weekly engineering report and weekly project status reports.
12.Reporting to project director and technical director.
Managed and Produced Design deliverables & Drawings on time with maximum quality to meet deadline of managements and site requirements.
Assign duties to subordinates, help & Guide them to complete the works on time.
Feed the draft persons with necessary drawing inputs and review their works.

Co-ordinations between multi disciplines like Architecture, HVAC, MEP and Firefighting services, And conduct meetings to accommodate building services and solve the issues of service departments.
Conduct meeting with Subcontractors and Design Consultants and feed them with necessary inputs based on client requirements.
Arrange & attend the technical meeting with Client engineers to clear up their queries and take approvals of design & Drawings.
Assist section head and prepare responses & agendas of his meetings with management & client.
Respond to the technical queries from subordinates, subcontractors, design consultants, clients & Site construction team. And maintain liaison with them.
Review and approval of Civil & Structural design documents submitted by the contractors.
Review & approval of Borehole location plan, Geotechnical investigation reports, Site layout plan, and Concrete mix design.
Review & approval of Substation (110kv) building structures & Power transmission design deliverables, Shop & Erection drawings based on Projects Technical specifications (PTS).
Review and Respond to the queries of contractors & design consultant.
Attending technical review meetings and co-ordination meetings with contractors.
Reporting to Direct Department Head.
Preparing tender proposals based on clients requirements and specifications
Assisting architect with structural inputs during the design development stage.
Knowledge of all static and dynamic load combinations for serviceability and ultimate design of building components.
Structural analysis and design using finite element software such as Etabs, STAAD PRO & Safe also extracting the design out-put and preparing detailed design calculations & Documents for the same.
Working out on lateral translations, building fundamental periods, building accelerations against the design code requirements.
Interpreting soil investigation report and working out the parameters and evaluating the suitable foundation system with geotechnical engineers.
Coordination with other disciplines and Site Inspection during major execution of structural works.
Attending Design review meetings, site progressive meeting & co-ordination meetings.
Leading a team of engineers and draft persons.
Succeeded the grade of First class With Distinction with 82 % of marks in the subject of Structural Engineering.
