Follow-up the KPI reports on a regular basis
• Assistance for the recruitment of human resources and selection of Staff within the employment policy
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment procedures, guidance and follow-up the new employees during the probationary period
• Coordination and organization of the performance appraisal process in accordance with the requirements of each job
• Update the performance appraisal system continuously to ensure its accuracy and availability any time
• Organize the process of terminating the service of employees and facilitating the procedures of the final settlement with the relevant departments and payment of dues within the appropriate time.
• Preparation of all official correspondence relating to the salary and the various letters requested by the employee
• Update HR Dept records.
• Implementation of training plans in accordance with the Training Annual Plan.
• Deliver job description cards to each staff on their appointment
• Applying and reviewing Salaries, Recompenses Incentives and Allowances according to Company policy and submit it to Financial Dept.
• The implementation of transfers and promotion of employees.
• Advertising of vacancies and receive applications and classifying it.
• Completing and filing recruitment documents of new employees and updating personnel data.
• Directing new employees to their departments and notifying them with work instructions and system
• Follow up, Identify and Classify "Saudi Girls Colleges" vacancies which can be occupied in accordance with lower or higher degrees. \n• Advertising vacancies \n• Receiving, Sorting and classification of applications. \n• Contact short listed Applicants \n• Classifying of acceptable applications according to degrees and vacancies \n• notice admitted applicants the deadline to terminating the contract procedures \n• Completion of contract (initial contract, medical examination, documentation, visa issuing... etc)
