RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Project Engineer for the Maritime Yard Development Project (Area of Yard 4.5 Km X 2.5 Km) with a construction budget of $ 5 billion, and carrying out direct field inspection and administration of construction contracts ensuring compliance with plans, specifications and project manuals. Responsible for FEED development, BID evaluation, IFC drawings and all construction activities.
• Review of project specifications, contractor submittals such as Drawings, Method statements, ITPs and Material submittals for approval and prepare reply to these transmittals.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and submitting to Aramco Project Manager.
• Cross checking the contractors work arrangement such as availability of labor, materials and machinery in advance and insist them to arrange if anything missing.
• Supervising site works and giving necessary instruction to contractors site team to assure quality and safety in project execution.
• Responsible for managing and Erection of Steel structure (Total 40, 000 MT) and construction of concrete buildings.
• Execution of Marine works, i.e. Construction of Secant wall (concrete bored pilings), Dry Dock (3 no’s Maximum Size 650m X 75m), Shiplift Platform (250m X 50M),
• Responsible for managing, and carrying out of ground improvement for maritime yard by Vibro-compaction, Dynamic compaction and stone column method.
• Managing, monitoring the progress and quality for the construction of Secant pile wall works as per the ICE - ‘Specification for Piling and Embedded Retaining Walls, Second Edition’ 2007..
• Coordinating with other disciplines, specialists for review of project specifications, IFB and IFC drawings.
• Review Contractor shop drawings based on the approved IFC drawings.
• Reviewing bar bending schedule for foundation, grade beam, slab, column and similar structures.

• Analysis and Design of Steel Structures Using STAAD.Pro with AISC LRFD 13th edition and preparation of documentation for the same.
• Calculation of Dead, Live, Wind, Snow, Seismic Loads etc... Using ASCE 7-05.
• Design of Concrete foundation using IS-456.
• Analysis and Design of Steel Structure for Nadec Dairy Farm Using STAAD.Pro with AISC LRFD 13th edition and preparation of documentation for the same.
• Structural Analysis & Design of Telecommunication (Cell) Tower, Steel Structure & Foundation.
• Analysis and Design of Chimney type Telecommunication Structure.
• Analysis and Design of Pole on Wheel Telecommunication Structure.
• Analysis and Design of Cell on wheel telescopic type Structure.
• Analysis and Design of Ground Rapid Deployment Telecommunication structures.

• Preparation of Boiler Foundation Loading Data.
• Design of Base Plate, Shear Key and Foundation Bolts.
• Design of structural elements like Columns, Vertical Bracing, Tie Beams, Platform Beams, Horizontal Bracing, Connections, Splice Plates, Batten Plates, Plate Girders, Top Supporting Frames, Bunkers, Bunker Supporting Beams etc.,
• Preparation of Output Sketch for all designed parts.
• Analysis and Design of Pipe Trestle supports
• Analysis and Design of Pipe Rack supports for 1 KM length.
• Analysis and Design of Fuel Oil Pump Supports.
