Responsible for all associate visas' requests and ensure proper handling and the confidentiality of all associate information/Passport. To act as a first point of contact within the HRD for job applicants and associates. To manage the day to day work permit and other administration, supporting the DHR/HRM in their respective roles, taking ownership of associate problems, and resolving them.

Job Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for Work permits of Associates and other visa administration and related government relations.
1. Ensure that all new associates are going for Medical test (blood test, x-ray, aids test) & Finger print.
2. Apply for the medical insurance as soon as the medical results are received
3. Stamp the residence for associates upon obtaining the medical results and the medical insurance cards
4. Health cards for all food handlers (steward, kitchen and restaurant associates)
5. To obtain the Civil ID for all new associates.
6. Ensure that associates documents are renewed in timely manner (residency, health cared, medical insurance, civil id)
7. Maintain accurate registration log book for all the associates' passports
8. Ensure that all Kuwaiti associates have been registered for the social and security insurance.
9. Make sure that the security insurance for Kuwaiti associates is paid on time.
10. To keep record for all managers family with family or visit visa and to renewed them on timely manner.
11. Ensure that all hotels licenses (CY and JW) are renewed on timely manner and displayed on boards that are visible.
12. Performing any other tasks or requests directed by immediate manager.
13. Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.
