HSE consultant in Jabal Omar Development Project Phase III.

Establish, implement & Maintain HSE management system of the Company in accordance with ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001.
 Establish and Implement HSE plans and procedures for projects considering client and company requirements.
 Provide project sites, plants with supplement HSE inspections/audits and report the status to the HSE operation Manager.
 Conduct proper and timely assessment of risks to health & safety, implementation of measures and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessments.
 Conduct HSE specific training theoretical, and practical to white level of employees, in addition to Conduct on site induction, and TBT to the employees to increase the safety awareness.
 Assure that the company workplace is safe without risk to health, including safe plant and machinery, safe movement, storage and use of substances.
 Prepare proper answers for tenders' Pre-qualification questionnaires.
 Coordinate supply chain issues related to HSE such as (PPE, Life safety Equipment, Tools Equipment and HSE Signage System) HSE Specs.
 Leadership and follow up HSE staff in all Sites, and plants.
 Dealing with government agencies.

Carrying out a regular daily report at my area including all activities.
 Carrying out a daily inspection to all workplaces and permit to work system.
 Monitoring the HSE performance to all employees, and HSE Staff.
 Conduct HSE specific training theoretical, and practical to all levels of employees, in addition to Conduct on site induction, and TBT to the employees to increase the safety awareness.
 Assure that the workplace is safe without risk to health, including safe plant and machinery, safe movement, storage and the use of substances.
 Ensure adequate provision of first aid, facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment.
 Ensure that the HSE management, emergency plans are implemented with high effectiveness.

• Use to management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution.
• Supporting to the HSE staff of his job duties and responsibilities of the Company’s.
• Prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and Reports.
• Remain abreast of all relevant HSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area.
• Gives assistance to the Corporate HSE Manger with client’s HSE requirements and assists in compliance.
• Assists in the implementing and maintaining of the certification of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001and external audits.
• Assistance with developing HSE Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements.
• providing HSE Manager with feedback on HSE performance repair proper answers for Joint venture agreement Pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Coordinate supply chain issues related to HSE such as (PPE, Life safety Equipment, Tools Equipment and HSE Signage System) HSE Specs.

• Refer to safety plan charted out by supervisor to comprehend the day’s activities.
• Conducted the tool box talk to worker before started their activities.
• Take measures to secure assets such as fixtures and equipment’s and building.
• Intervene in any situation that may lead to actual risk such as near misses.
• Handle routine involvement work such as directing vehicular and pedestrian traffic at site.
• Assist in developing and implementing safety and procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations such as fires and perform CPR and First Aid.
• Coordinate removal and disposal of hazardous waste from the premises.
• Maintain inventory of safety equipment such as safety glasses, helmets and footwear.
• Make-certain proper storage of dangerous materials around the premises.
• Identify and isolate areas that are potential health hazards by placing signs in and around them
