* Supervising the daily routine work of the Government Relations.
Representatives (GRR) and ensuring that each executes his daily
assignment professionally and on timely basis.

* Ensuring that Entry - Exit visas, work permits, blood test, licenses issued, renewed, and canceled on time to avoid imposing fines on the company.
* Ensuring that the company is not paying fines against no or late renewal of visas or any other documents unless approved by
company management.
* Preparing visas files & following up with relevant authorities until obtaining the visas and any other documents and licenses.
* Obtaining the visit visas on time.
* Keeping updating employee information in the SAP system and main datasheet.
