a total built-up area of 12, 682 m2.
Office Building belongs to QNB BANK. It’s consisting of two basements, ground
floor, First floor, Mezzanine Floor and nine typical Floors with a total built-up area of
18, 271 m2.
Contract includes civil works, architectural works, finishing works, MEP works &
landscaping.
Contract is on lump-sump basis .Contract Value 270M EGP.
