SAP - ERP System Business Software Solutions
• Placing orders manually and checking orders placed by customers via portal, releasing shipments based on customer requirements, extracting shipping documents to prepare export shipments based on each country requirement, managing customers master data, issuing credit and debit notes, extracting data for import shipments (H.S codes, made in, prices, material details and SKU codes), preparing return shipments for old products.
Samples Management - (Showroom)
• Managing samples stock showing on showroom, placing orders and prepare shipments for new collections quarterly, arranging return for old samples by issuing manual documents and bill of exit quarterly.
• Keeping the stock on SAP aligned with actual stock on Showroom avoiding lost samples and to have easy return process.
Aftersales & Warranty
• Supporting in aftersales for damaged shipments or defected products by providing spare parts, new replacement or credit notes to support customers withing warranty period based on the policy.
• Guiding customers on Digital warranty tool and E-care portal for submitting warranty requests.
Managing 3PL and local couriers for arranging shipments of samples and gifts for customers and influencers.
Providing follow up on all shipments to several customers in different regions based on the customers incoterm.
Monitoring orders versus forecast along with sales team to make sure we process all shipments or returns.
Monitoring customers credit limits to avoid exceeding limits or missing shipments due to payments delays.
ADNOC new HQ project.
* Main Responsibilities:
Handling all logistics transactions in ADNOC new HQ in Abu Dhabi as 1
year contract.
Starting with receiving notification from the forwarder company with
containers arrival then arranging with ADNOC site in order to send and
offload the containers, after that instructing the workers to arrange the
cargo and distribute inside the site as per the requirement from the
company.
Responsibility of the workers safety.
Arranging daily reports for the containers received and remaining ones.
Prepare the schedule of deliveries to customers on a daily basis.
4. Feb 2012/ Nov 2014: LATT Logistics for Trading & Shipping Co. (Export
& Import Operations).
* Main Responsibilities:
Handling and preparing all documents required to export the units
including certificate of origin B/L and the certificates related to the
country of destination.
Supervising the work personally in the company warehouse in the free
zone for arranging the flexi bags inside the containers and instructing
the workers accordingly.
Communicating with the customer to schedule the shipping date
accordingly arrange with the shipping line.
Sending the documents to the customers by courier in advance in order
to start with the clearance process before the shipment arrive at POD.
