•Analyze merchandising execution and develop on the job training initiatives that can develop the in store standard, at least one initiative per quarter
•Development of other initiatives that can help wither on lifting up the implementation standard and / or the company image, such as in store merchandising distribution guideline, zone supervisor brief case that can have visibility standard booklet, displays progress... Etc.
•Build a structured auditing plan that can help on evaluating the implementations and lifting up the standard, in addition of reporting the auditing results on a monthly bases
•Build and communicate weekly off shelf displays evaluation results, hence can contribute on developing the execution of the displays
•Lead the implementations of the company visibility standard and ensure its implemented and reported in a timely manner
•Develop and share quarterly customer satisfaction surveys internal and external
•Build a quarterly rewards and recognition program for those who achieved an extra miles
•Act as the company contact person with training dept. and ensure company teams got their annual trainings as per the agreed plan
•Always look for new strategies to increase implementations standard
•Ensure company employees have a clear responsibilities, signed KPIs & annual evaluation.
SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT & PROJECTS
•Build, create, design, edit and produced the steps of the call movie.
•Build HHD reporting system and designing the output reports.
•Create, design and formulate the balance scorecard for managerial team and submitted to the Division Director.
•Transferring the Company strategy from Documents to a movie
•I reconstruct and developed the contact center dept. in side MSC to serve internal and external client in the area of manpower, developing team skills, responsibility guideline, positional and functional structure, evaluation system, process, service capability, cost and the service request form.
