As a Senior IT Coordinator .I am responsible to solve any technical
problems in faculty that i support in BUE Whether it relate to hardware,
software or network issue . also i give support to all Per faculty members
and faculty students
I'm also responsible for the emphasis on update permanent devices and
equipment ( monitors, projectors ..etc)
• Outsourcing IT Support in several locations and multinational
companies in Egypt:
- Sinai University: in El Arish city in North Sinai Governorate.
- Ramsco Co: in Maadi office.
- Bayer Healthcare in Egypt: in Maadi and Shawarby office.
- International Flavors and Fragrances Co. (IFF Egypt): in 6 October
Governorate.
• Common in the installation of computer networks media in:
- Sinai University
- Minia University
- Zagazig University
- Four Seasons Nile Plaza Hotel
- Sama Sinai Tower (Katameya)
- BMW Factory (6 October Cit and Abu Rawash)
Bachelor's Degree of Computer from The Advanced Academy in Cairo (Subject to the supervision of the scientific and academic of the Cairo University). Graduated in 2006 with grade "Very Good"
