Deliver strategic leadership and guidance to senior management regarding Digital Technologies to achieve MOEHE initiatives in compliance with Qatar Digital Government. Assist senior management in developing Digital Transformation strategy and road map, to ensure full integration with MOEHE strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans. • Represented IT in the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Committee.
• Automated business processes, minimized the number of visitors, decreased printed papers, enhanced call centre process and procedures that increased customer satisfaction.
Directed daily operations and service management processes to ensure quality, efficiency and agility goals are achieved. Provided strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems that fulfil the needs of the business, including the full life cycle of technical architecture, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure operations and IT service support. Oversaw IT infrastructure and operations (I&O) in the MOEHE including all the government schools. Delivered effective and efficient third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure used to support all business process across the Ministry. • Reduced printed papers in supreme education council by over 50% by directing a Program of Paperless Organization.
• Developed and implemented Correspondences Management System (CMS), Employees e-Services (HR Self Services), Scholarship Portal, and Backlog Digitization to achieve organizational goals.
• Managed several projects including SEC public portal, and SEC Intranet from inception to completion within time and budgetary constraints.
