•Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees using OTA’s internal Trainers (07 Trainers).
•Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities, mainly the personal development modules (Stress Management, Time Management, Communication Skills, Customer Handling)
•Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees. •Identify and assess training needs within the firm conferring with managers and supervisors.
•Did the OTA Competency Model in order to identify the knowledge, skills, and abilities of OTA’s employees needed to perform successfully. •Involved in the Recruitment process as an interviewer in order to evaluate candidates with respect to the selection criteria and achieving the selection process.
•Participate in the HR and Admin Due Diligence for “Telecel” Centrafrique mobile telephony provider operating in the Central African Republic wich was undertaken at Telecel’s corporate office in Bangui. This work was carried out on behalf of Orascom Telecom Holding, to support Telecelglobe’s due diligence work and assessment of this investment.
