The biggest upstream onshore heavy oil project in the Middle East.
• Assumes full accountability of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning for 38 buildings, 49 tanks, EOF area, and structural/ electrical/ instrumentation/ telecom material delivery. Total scope estimated at circa $1.2bn.
• Successfully delivered the assigned scope to client’s satisfaction and with a total saving on the initial budget
• Pioneer the construction schedule optimization by changing structural material bulk delivery to modularized structure which led to schedule optimization and a saving on the initial budget
• Lead a positive liaison with the client, subcontractors and suppliers to forge a client focused approach towards problem solving
• Champion the career development of 6 graduate engineers by allowing an increasing hands-on exposure
Project: Installation of fuel gas and gas oil Pipeline & Pumping station from MAA to Zour - $513m
Client: Kuwait Oil Company
Pumping booster station with three pipelines (52” fuel gas, 40” gas oil and 24” gas oil) total 180+ km length and receiving stations at al Zour power and Shuweiba power stations.
• Lead a project team (150+ number) focusing on engineering, procurement, and interface with Client, engineering, vendors, construction and resolving major project issues.
• Interfaced with 4 other parties (KNPC, Shuweiba, Al Zour and Hyundai Heavy Industries) where EPC facilities are successfully installed.
• Material delivery to site as per the project schedule
• Reached resolution for nine extensions of time with Client amicably
• Reached resolution for critical issues with vendors,
• Provided timely decision to the project team considering schedule and indirect cost which enable project to move fast and within the budget
• Delivered the project to client satisfaction
• Concluded all settlements with the main subcontractor.
• Achieved Final Close-out with vendors all the Purchase orders in record of time.
• Received an appreciation completion Certificate from Client for the safe completion of the project
Corporate Office - $18bn worth of bidding activities
• Actively engaged with stakeholders to resolve major issues related to procurement engineering or with vendors
• Lead the alignment meetings with engineering and procurement.
• Prepared executive report to management for material cost estimation
• Achieved highest project wining ratio 1 : 2.5 during this period.
Project: Facility Upgrade & Relocation of underground Process Piping of 7 Gathering Centers & 2 Booster station

Delivery of 3 gathering centers facility upgrade
• Lead the project team involved in engineering and procurement activities with Vendors, fabrications and construction site and resolving major project issues.
• Delivered the material to site as per the project schedule and exceeded the profit in budget
Project: Facility Upgrade and Relocation of Underground Process Piping in Company’s GC’s & BS’s KOC - Kuwait, Project Value: USD (700 Million + 1, 200 Million)
