Responsibilities
-Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity.
-Collect sales records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas.
-Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis.
-Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to Senior Management.
-Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance.
-Work with forecasting by providing them with the necessary information and guidance for short and long-range forecast.
-Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business.
-Use the Analytical Reporting Tool to perform analysis on designated brands.
-Develop a consolidated annual purchase plan for all handled brands.
-Generate advanced reports with cross analytical data based on market trends and marketing activities.
-Monitor weekly sell thru and stock performance. .Work with regional teams and to plan corrective action based on results.
-Work with Purchase Coordinator to implement agreements of any purchase re-planning.
Job Summary
-Ensures accurate movement of goods.
-Receives the purchase orders.
-Issues the relevant documentation and follows up with the supplier for the goods.
-Planning and organizing the daily work.
-Supervising the warehouse operations including coordination of work between internal and external customers.
-Plan and monitor day-to-day manpower schedule.
-Receive inbound freight according to instructions which may include unloading trucks.
-Supervise the update of shipping and receiving tracking logs.
-Ensure proper identification of received goods and their storage location.
-Ensure goods are properly stored, secured, protected, and maintained.
-Takes necessary action to avoid schedule delays related to items supplies availability.
