- Responsible for South Suhag area, Total size in kilometer 900, Sales area population 2, 162, 020 and numbers of villages 145.
- Responsible for (Planning, Price, Volume, Distribution).
-Managing territory with 100+ clients.
-Generating 20+ Million Egyptian Pounds of sales monthly.
- Responsible to build strong Relationship between the customers and the company.
-Daily tracing to the competitors activities and tactics.
-Researching the market and related products.
-Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face
- Handling the activities related to sales and marketing of Life Insurance Products as an In-charge.
-Working within the PNB Bank for Assuit branche .
-Supporting the CSR, CSO, and Tellers during the sales process and explanation.
-Providing updated information to the customers and handling inquiries with respect to live products.
-Accountable for selling Life Insurance Products to the bank customers with a vary range of products that could fit their demands in terms of Life insurance and investment plans.
-Improved the customer through the after sales process and following up in order to maintain a good relation between the company and the customer.
-Handle all customer inquiries, requests and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction -Follow up on the clients’ timely premiums’ payments; renewals or cancellations of policies
-Present basic reports related to sales activities, sales volumes, products' mix, currency, frequency and other qualitative aspects such as cancellations and customers' complaints
- Preparing sales/marketing studies to increase the number of brokerage clients in Asyut.
- Handling all The Customer Transactions.
- Preparing reports about the Stock Market performance.
- follow up the contracts department to make sure that all required documents are in place and in order.
- Preparing weekly, and monthly reports about the financial position for all my assigned clients.
