• Preparing the Day Book, Ledger, Journals to the a/c, Bank Reconciliation, to the Group which consist of 8 Companies and I prepare for 05 out of them.
• Prepare the Profit & Loss A/C and the Balance Sheet for the respective year of assessment.
• Communicate with the Auditors regarding audit and tax matters.
• Communicating with Tax Authorities whenever necessary.
• Apart of these matters, I do maintain a Main Cash Float for the employees who work for extended hours as well as extra hours which is worth 40, 000.00
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Prepare Invoices and account for Revenue.
• Prepare Budget for revenue and expenses.
• Analyze actual expenditure against budgets.
