Scope : The scope includes the construction of 6.4 Km of roadways works for Al Yalayis Street, Al Asayel Street and First Al Khail Street. The two Parallel Roads are passing through DEWA (400kv) overhead lines and gas pipe lines corridors. The construction activities are not limited to bridge works, raising electrical overhead lines, Pavement structure, signing and road marking, street lighting, traffic systems, storm water drainage system, diversion and protection of the existing services and demolishing & Clearance of site obstructions.


Role :

- Assists the construction manager for the execution of road & utility activities.
- Execute site work as per approved shop drawings & method of statement.
- Coordinate with technical department for the RFAs & Shop drawings.
- Ensure all required materials requests are in place & follow up for the delivery.
- Ensure all inspections (RFAs) & Tests as per the requirements & specifications are carried out.
- Ensure regular toolbox talk conducted at site & all workers are familiar with quality & safety requirements.
- Coordinate & Liaise with the subcontractors to complete the work without any delay.
- Monitor the construction cost, minimizing the wastage, increasing the efficiency & productivity without compromising on deadlines, quality & safety.
- Lead & manage the site execution team & subcontractors for proper execution of construction activities.
- Finalize & submit daily program on daily basis to the planning department.

Project : ROUTE 2020 Dubai Metro Rail Project - Roads & Infrastructure

Scope : Route 2020 Dubai Metro Rail Project is an extension to existing Dubai Metro Red line towards New EXPO 2020 Site. With total length 15 KM through Discovery Gardens & Dubai Investment Park, where temporary services diversions/protections such Irrigation, DEWA ED, DEWA WD, Sewerage, Drainage, DUSUP, Telecommunications and Street Lightening. were needed for the new Metro Route and permanent works of the same.

Role :

- Proper Planning all the daily activities and tasks at site.
- Responsible for all aspects of site operations and the performance of site staff.
- Follow up with the consultant for approval of the work.
- Supervising the machinery and man power for achieving the requirements of the project.
- Ensuring all activities at site are complying with approved Method of Statement and Shop Drawings.
- Coordination with Dubai Authorities Representatives for relevant site works.
- Planning/Execution of Shutdowns & Protections for existing DEWA WD Lines (150 - 1200 mm)
- Protection of existing Irrigation Transmission/Automatic Lines (100 - 500 mm)
- Construction of proposed Storm Water Drainage & Sewerage Networks.
- Protection/Supervision for DUSUP Lines.
- Protection/Supervision for DEWA ED HV Cable works.
- Raising work inspection requests and leading the inspection along with consultant.
- Follow up with the subcontractor works and submit the daily production for them.
- Ensure all HSE procedures are complied with all works on site.
- Preparation of Daily and Weekly progress reports.

Scope : The project consists of construction of a city which includes villas, buildings, golf, roads & paving along with sewerage, storm water drainage, irrigation & firefighting network, potable water network, electrical, street lighting, telecommunication etc.

Role :

- Pushing the work progress to get target as per schedule.
- Supervising and follow up site activities.
- Arranging all my team requirement for work completion.
- Following up with subcontractors to get the work done as per the schedule.
