Complete Housing Facility Operation and Maintenance like Portable Water Pumps, Sewage treatment plants, Fire Alarm Systems, Generators and Electric Panels in various location of Abu Dhabi.
Planning, Scheduling and Tracking of MEP Works.
Check Site Layout for facility provision like Ducting, Signal & Power Cable management.
Arrange the utilities required for site construction works.
Communicate and liaise with client & client's consultants.
Attend the review and technical clarifications meeting with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor & Authorities regarding Site issues, Drawing Approval and Work Progress.
Generate Enquire, Collect offer, Technical data sheet, Dimensional sheet and related drawing from the supplier for technical submission as per project required.
Obtain the approval from the Authority, Client & Consultant to initiate the Project.
Prepare monthly progress report for the monthly review meeting.
Arrange site coordination meeting with sub-contractors to resolve site progress hindrance.
Follow up the supplier for material delivery.
Erection, testing and commissioning of Pipes, Gate Valve, Non Return Valve Reducer, Dismantling joint, Flange Adapter and Free Fall Fire valve.
Installation test and commissioning of MCC panel Switchgear with PLC Automation, Fire Alarm System and Diesel Generator.
Erection, Testing and commissioning of Submersible Pump, Multistage centrifugal Pumps, Fuel transfer pump Propeller pump, Valves with electrical actuator, Penstock, Electromagnetic Flow meter, Pressure gauge, Pressure transmitter, Ultrasonic level transmitter, and Float Level Switch.

Electrical Cable for the LV Panels and floor SMDB’s
Co ordination with Head office for the required site documents
Quantifying and ordering the required materials for the next day work
