GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB.
• DIVISION : MAINTENANCE - R/B FIELD (OPERATIONS)

• SECTION : MAINTENANCE PLANNING
SCOPE OF POSITION:
• PREPARE & FOLLOW-UP ALL MAINTENANCE PLANS.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
• Issue weekly work orders (preventive & repair) according to the maintenance plan using computerized system.
• Ensure the execution of all weekly work orders.
• Ensure feeding back of work orders reports to get proper equipment history file/s in the imms system.
• Coordinate with the maintenance dept. Regarding overhauls & shutdown plans.
• Assist in the preparation of the short & long-term maint. Plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance department regarding the necessary spare parts needed for preventive maintenance & major overhauls jobs.
• Prepare the historical reports for submission to the dept. Head.
• Operate, maintain & manipulate the pc regarding the ready- made racking such as symphony, lotus, Harvard graphics, primavera, etc. & operating system (dos).
• Determine the hardware, software & computer supplies needed to facilitate maintenance activities.
• Ensure the application of safety rules during the work.
• Strongly apply the environment, safety and health regulations during the work in close co-operation with the concerned divisions.
• Carry out any other & similar or related duties as assigned.
• Assure the safety of plant personnel through compliance with occupational safety and health regulations & maintain the attitude that all accidents are preventable.

SCOPE
PREPARE & FOLLOW-UP ALL Transportation & Maintenance PLANS.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
• Follows up on Division maintenance, administrative and financial activities, and reports their progress against their dead-lines to the Division General Manager.
• Follows up the Pushing of pending activities and how to release any obstructions to prevent any deviations of the work plan.
• Prepares of weekly, monthly and annual reports of division activities and budget status, and submits them to the Division General Manager and MD's.
• Provides administrative assistance to the Division General Manager and his subordinates.
• Administrates the new maintenance computerized system at Cairo Office. (The system is used to organize and follow up on Kerdasa Workshop technical and financial activities).
• Co-ordinates with the fields, other SUCO division, or with contractors to facilitate the activities of the Division.
