The Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of work until completion.
• Ensure that all works are completed on time and, where applicable,
• Notify the management of any delays along with the costs associated with these delays.
• Monitoring the day to day activities,
• Manage and coordinate between the different trades at site
• Review the scope of work of the project to determine the appropriate strategies to meet the deadlines and the satisfactory delivery of the work.
• Discuss and establish the project construction methodology with the project team.
• Place orders and follow up periodically on equipment/ material deliveries.
• Receiving Equipment and Material from suppliers on site.
• Attend all technical meetings (Internal meetings, meetings with the main contractor or with the consultant).
• Plan and execute all installation, testing & commissioning works through technical and operational supports.
• Receiving Equipment and Material Requisitions from Engineering Dept.
• Coordinate with stores and QA/ QC engineers regarding receiving equipment/ materials and inspections.
• Clarify with the consultant any discrepancy between various contract documents.
• Issue the site requisition of the approved material once the Material Take Off is made based on approved shop drawings.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Technical Office engineer
• Preparing design, shop drawing, material submittals and as built drawings for (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) systems to be construct in site.
• Clarify with the consultant any discrepancy between various contract documents.
• Follow up on the material submittal approval with the consultant and subcontractor and resubmit, if required, any commented material submittal with final approval and Supervision for the mechanical problems at sites.
• Attend all technical meetings (Internal meetings, meetings with the main contractor or with the consultant).

The Role & Responsibilities

• Technical Office engineer
• Preparing design, shop drawing, material submittals and as built drawings for (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) systems to be construct in site.
• Preparation of initial execution plan, review design and bids to determine material and equipment requirements as well as costing and timing of projects in support of the Cost department.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies and owner satisfaction.
• Clarify with the consultant any discrepancy between various contract documents.
• Follow up on the material submittal approval with the consultant and subcontractor and resubmit, if required, any commented material submittal with final approval and Supervision for the mechanical problems at sites.
• Issue the site requisition of the approved material once the Material Take Off is made based on approved shop drawings.
• Attend all technical meetings (Internal meetings, meetings with the main contractor or with the consultant).
• Prepare and check material data sheets and coordinate with procurement engineer to select materials and equipment.
• Manage project and protect Company’s financial rights within budget, time schedules, statutory requirements and Company procedures.
• Place orders and follow up periodically on equipment/ material deliveries.
• Coordinate with stores and QA/ QC engineers regarding receiving equipment/ materials and inspections.
• Attend all technical meetings (Internal meetings, meetings with the main contractor or with the consultant).
• Incorporate feedback from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.
• Coordination between sites & suppliers for materials delivery.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Design engineer
• Preparing Design and calculation for mechanical works.
• Select the suitable system; prepare the ventilation calculation, Smoke management system, Bill of quantities and specifications. And Coordination with other disciplines.
• Prepare and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.
• Follow up with contractors on receiving technical proposals.
• Participates in evaluating contractors' proposals on tenders and project negotiations with contractors.
• Supervision and checking for the mechanical works and problems at sites.
• Follow up with suppliers on receiving quotations and technical data of equipment

The Role & Responsibilities

• Mechanical engineer (office & site).
• Responsible for quantity take offs for all tender projects regarding MEP workss.
• Research market periodically in order to determine material cost levels and availability of suitable suppliers.
• Assuring of BOQ by re-calculate & re-select the major items in BOQ.
• Prepare inquiry to the suppliers & provide them the required details / materials specifications & BOQ required taken into consideration the international standard.
• Discuss with suppliers for the technical issues.
• Follow ups with suppliers to get quotation at time.
• Negotiating with suppliers for further discount & good payment terms.
• Preparing the technical & commercial comparison sheets and then the Bid summaries.
• Coordination between sites & suppliers for materials delivery.
• Preparing the submittal through following up with suppliers for completing the required documents for the submittals.
• Following up the material submittals with consultant till to get approval.
• Engineering purchasing.
• Installation of Compressed and Vacuum pipe line in Rexam Egypt.
• Bids and Practice preparing and attendance .
• Preparation of the request for information (RFI), progress report and Snag List.
