Project to Establish the Emergency and Crisis Management Center in Jazan, KSA. As a Project Manager, I lead and organize key client projects related to establishing the Emergency and Crisis Management Center in Jazan, KSA. My primary responsibility is coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure the project is delivered on time and meets its objectives.
Projects: Residential, Hotel and Commercial buildings. Dubai-UAE.

• Scope Management Define and clarify the project scope and objectives.
• Budget and Cost Control and Monitor alignment with the budget.
• Risk Management and Quality Assurance and Identify potential risks and proactively address them.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Time Management and Schedule and Monitor progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management and Oversee supply and construction contracts.

• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of new projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost control plans for projects.
• Prepare and present Cost Reports and deviation indicators to senior management, highlighting project financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project expenditures without compromising quality or deliverables.
• Continuously monitor and track project costs, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing corrective measures to stay within budget.
• Management of Contractors Contracts, Studying Change Orders and their Effect on the Overall.
• Review any Requests for Variance Received from Contractors and Provide Comments on Entitlement and Resolution Recommendations.

• Schedule Organization and Prepare and monitor work schedules.

• Carry on Daily Visits to the Site for General Observation and QA/QC Tasks.
• Review and recommend for approval of contractor’s shop drawings, and materials submittals and confirm conformance to project specifications.
