Variant scales of projects strarting from high end residential Projects to larger projects such as hotel facilities, and office buildings .

-Analyzed project design cost, scope of work, time schedule, man-hours, to prepare internal budget, execution plan, task assignment to staff, and sheet lists.
-ensure that the team is working effectively and keeping to schedule and budget, involving reviewing work reports and communicating any needs and concerns to employees.
- Writing reports to keep the client informed about the status of the project.
-Technical coordination between various engineering disciplines and various sub-consultants.
-Established the wining proposals for the competition of an eleven storey residential Building .

Construction site main architect :

-Developed and coordinated the construction documents, leading the insite office and Supervising the construction teams. for a 5 floor Office building in a Tunis business district « lac 1» .

In charge of coordinating a team effort to complete a project promptly and successfully.
Being an integral part of the building process from beginning to end. Created designs to meet client specifications, created and proposed budget and time estimations, and acted as an intermediary between the client and the architect team.
-Developed design concepts and design documents in all phases.
-Achieved the winning proposal for a restricted architectural competition, for the construction of a, class «A», multidisciplinary office building, NIDAA outsource center, in El Ghazela Tech-center. in Tunis.
-Proposals for the renewal of Renault, Nissan, Dacia’, main show room in Tunis: Developed the interior design proposals, and the construction documents .
-Reviewed and audited coordination of all architecture & engineering work during all design. phases.
