Successfully did MCC for Mechanical, Civil & E&I as a Construction Manager for on plot & off plot activities of new Oil Wells
- FDHL- 137, 144, 145, 134, (141, 143, 148) & (125, 126).
- KRSN-(128, 133, 134) & (124&125).
- ABHD-135 (observation well).
- UFM 53 (water wells).
Responsibilities:
• Manage the construction activities and executes the construction works in line with the delivery schedule, contract specifications and conditions.
• Accountable to the Projects Manager for project related construction activities, development of the Project Construction plan with the Project Planner and then execution within project budget, schedule & contract specifications. Recommend areas for improvement to the Project Manager.
• Provide direction, leadership and guidance to the Construction team in respect of, health, safety and environment; quality, methods and procedures. Productivity, cost & schedule - Continuous Improvement, Resource utilisation.
• Responsible for enacting proper construction techniques as well as working with the Project Planner Engineer to develop detailed progress schedules and then executing the construction operations to meet the detailed schedules and overall project plan. Instruct construction personnel and track the progress of construction operations such as the arrival and utilisation of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment, and vehicles. Follow all manpower allocation as compared to monthly plans. Assist securing permits and licenses for projects as well as ensure the construction projects meet safety codes and regulations.
• Monitors construction progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provides input to the regular reports of the Project Manager.
• Monitors subcontractor and vendor performance and contributes to project evaluation of projects close-out reports.
• Responsible for representing Arkad in all construction related meetings with clients and subcontractors and assuming all other responsibilities in the absence of Construction Director. Ensure that good working relations are maintained with client throughout project.
• Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
• Study carefully Project specification and materials classification as per ARAMCO Standers.
Monitor works at site for progress against approved master planning schedule, shop
drawings & material specification; identify & highlight deviations and ensure
implementation of corrective actions.
Progress Measurement, Conduct Weekly Meeting with the Key Personal and attend
Progress / Coordination Meeting.
Prepare & issue supply requests for materials, equipments and tools and follow up
with Procurement department for tools and materials to be delivered at specified
Prepare construction Method of Statements for work activities.
Follow up the RFI's with electrical QC engineer for the all electrical works done.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding the work activities.
Prepare the revised BOQ according to Shop Drawing.
Controlling and coordinating Electrical site engineers, foremen and labours.

Coordinate with the Store keeper for the ex-stock of the materials at site; accordingly
plan the work schedules and follow up to the Department Head.
As a team leader of 65 skilled stuff responsible for managing and coordinating the electrical
and instrumentation construction activities and participated in pre-commissioning and
commissioning activities related to; 110V DC&230V AC UPS, 6KV medium voltage
switchgear,
420V low voltage switchgear, 6/0.42 KV transformers, low pressure, atmospheric pressure
and medium pressure compressors, field instruments calibration, installation and termination
etc.
Job details:
Study technical drawings, specifications and topographical maps, and coordinate
construction, installation, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure
compliance with specifications, codes, and client requirements related to E&I
department.
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to
design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety
standards.
Plan work procedures and manage implementation of these procedures.
Prepare construction Method of Statements for work activities.
Estimating budgets, labor and materials.
Prepare reports regarding the work activities.
Controlling and coordinating E&I supervisors, foremen and labours.
Follow up the calibrations of instruments with E&I QC engineer.
Installation and Pre-Commissioning Experience:
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Project Manager, the Site Electrical Engineer plans, controls and monitors the actual execution of all electrical related works of the project, to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport- AAST Obtained Bachelor of Engineering Degree in "Electrical (Electronic & Communications) Engineering". Courses included basic engineering concepts, communications, electronics courses in addition to business fundamentals and human relations. Graduated in: February 2007 - G.P.A: 3.3 "Very Good". During College years, developed interpersonal skills and management skills in the Organizational team projects.
