Block and release salary:
When an employee get leave without pay or any reason to leave for a period that has been disabled to inform human resources that he is not in the organization to stop his salary.

Late pay:
It is being processed for new staff who received the recruitment package after payroll closure.

Evaluation and merit increase:
0-6% increase on the base salary on the basis of the annual assessment each date of re-contracting. Letters of praise to the Saudis with an evaluation score of 90 and above.

Housing and transportation allowances:
Staff may apply for housing and transport allowance instead of housing.
Housing allowance on the basis of 25% of the basic salary does not exceed 60, 000 / year for Saudi and 20, 000 / year non-expatriate non-medical, and fixed allowances for expatriate doctors.

Banks:
New rental IBAN.
Changing the bank account.
Bank confirmation letter.
Bank statement.

Acting pay:
When an employee who is in a higher position receives a discrepancy between the jobs in the base salary.

Disciplinary and deductions:
When the staff member does not follow the rules, he or she will be disciplined and the deduction will be based on the discipline he has performed.

School fees:
The organization costs the education of working children only for non-Saudi medical staff.

Final Pay:
End of service benefits including Saudi service award, entitlement to leave and annual leave at the time of departure, as well as the latest salary.
