Prepare purchasing reports by supplier & by products on quarterly bases.
Prepare suppliers adjustments & foreign exchange entries.
Responsible to work with Banks to manage banks facilities & facilitate paper work like transfers to suppliers & issuing L/C's and L/G's.
Follow up notes receivable, notes payable and check bank accounts.
Responsible for preparing financial position annexes concerning Banks balances, Notes receivable, checks under collection, Notes payable, Suppliers balances and any account related to foreign exchange entries .
Prepare cash position report on daily bases.
Prepare journal entries on daily bookkeeping for all transactions related to Banks accounts, Notes receivable, notes payable, external suppliers.
