As a Security Supervisor, I am responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily security operations to ensure the safety of people, property, and assets. I lead and manage security staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

I oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, patrol activities, and incident response. I handle emergency situations, prepare accurate incident reports, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with management and emergency services when required. My role also includes training security personnel, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining a secure and professional working environment

I was responsible for supervising security staff, managing daily security operations, controlling access points, monitoring CCTV systems, and handling incidents and emergencies. I ensured compliance with security policies and safety procedures, prepared accurate reports, and coordinated with management when required.
As a result of my supervision, security performance improved, incidents were reduced, and team discipline and response efficiency increased.
