Creating test plans for various software projects, performing quality evaluation procedures to discover bugs, reliability problems, performance bottlenecks under stress, among other potential issues; evaluating findings for analysis and interpreting results; making recommendations to management regarding development; preparing manuals and documentation.
Key achievements:
- REDF (Saudi Real Estate Development Fund - صندوق التنمية العقاري) project: I was the sole quality inspector of Moyassar (ميسر), which allows Saudi citizens to apply for loans, while checking their identity and eligible through integration with yasser service (يسر). I also created the tutorial videos. www.redf.gov.sa
- Naseej portal project: I was the sole quality inspector for the new portal for Naseej news website. www.naseej.net
- PPA (Saudi Public Pension Agency) portal and E-services project: I was the sole quality inspector for PPA's portal and electronic services. www.pension.gov.sa
▪ Creating templates for user guides, promotional brochures, PowerPoint presentations, technical documents, and analysis documents
▪ Writing user manuals for various MoHE applications, including: King Abdullah Scholarships Program, Non-Saudi Scholarships Program, Higher Education Statistics Centre’s System, Monitoring Private Education System, among others
▪ Writing Quick (how-to) guides for specific services for all MoHE applications
▪ Co-authoring and writing all business concept documents and promotional brochures for all services and infrastructure of Jameah suit
Teaching T175B - networked living - to students at the university, illustrating concepts, rules, and applications of new communication and technologies, and their integration in various fields and prospects, such as e-governments, traffic networks and health systems.
- Writing the product’s technical documentation, including a detailed user manual
- Designing and revising the graphical and textual content of the product’s data sheet
- Designing and revising the graphical and textual content of the company’s main website
- Preparing and organizing material and ideas for video presentations, demos as well as video tutorials for the company’s website
Maintaining connections with stakeholders; participating in implementing the strategic plans in KSA; performing analysis on the feedback data for different projects, as well as providing support for the project manager on different activities.
Performing PC maintenance and technical service, troubleshooting and fixing problems, testing various computer hardware components and administrating software installations. I also developed a silent setup mechanism that can install all the important software packages unattended.
Performing Video encoding for streaming purposes as well as distribution through storage media, video editing, and video quality advising and consulting during capturing. Windows Media Encoder was used maily, among other specialized software solutions to deliver the required target videos
Obtained a Bachelor with honors degree in Information Technology and Computing (BSc -Hons- in ITC) from Arab Open University (curriculum, subjects and final grades/marks from the Open University in UK) to complement my experience, with a GPA of 3.24/4 "Very Good".
