- Responsible for Maintenance Planning & Execution.
- Generating Work Order, Work Request, Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, shutdown maintenance, urgent repair works during daytime or shift works to ensure smooth Rolling Mill plant operation.
- PLC Siemens S7 400, Monitoring, trouble shooting, Signal identifying, Sequence analyzing. Analyze Problems in IBA Pda for references and feedbacks .
- Daily safety meetings related to any incident, precautionary step and tool box talk .
- Permit system and positive isolation system, Issue COI for proper isolation using LOTO .
- Preventive maintenance during Down time such as Strategy plan, task list, maintenance plan scheduling, Condition based, Time based planning.
- E.O.T cranes maintenance. Braking system, drives, Battery panel control cards .
- Steel plant process monitoring & analysis through tools like six sigma & TPM.
- Generating Process SOP & SMP for Production & Maintenance to minimize the cost of production & improve productivity.
- Manpower planning & monitoring.
- Management of contract manpower.
- Plan & monitor all maintenance expenditure. Monthly & annual
- Effective utilization of Plant information System for Create analysis reports related to Asset Failures.
- Enhancement in the System as per the requirement.
- Maintaining Organization Unit & master Data in Plant Maintenance.
- Instrument calibration and maintenance
- Experience of working with MCC, PCC, Transformers and LT /HT panels
- E.O.T Cranes maintenance, Festoon arrangement, Braking system etc.
- Creation of Function location, Equipments, Material & serial Numbers, Bill of Material.
- Shout out the breakdown problems during production
- Maintenance planning Support to plant for Preventive, Breakdown, corrective, Calibration, Shutdown Maintenance Planning.
- Maintenance processing Support for End User in creation of Notification & maintenance Order based on requirement.
- Scheduling & capacity planning for the manpower for efficient production.
- Enhancement in the System as per the requirement
