Identify potential beneficiaries to the relevant project as per the set criteria
•File all project means of verifications (MOV) including attendance sheets, pre/post-tests, minutes of meetings, and evaluation documents are in place.
•Enter project related MOV into the system.
•File and archive specific forms for referrals and weekly reporting are taking place while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and timeliness.
•Other tasks as directed by the line manager
•Conduct parenting skills program
•Monitor the daily ongoing activities
•Distribution of agricultural kits and the required aid
Responsible for the daily conduction of technical assessment related to winterization project in Arsal and Masharei Al Qaa.
•Responsible of identifying and assessing on a regular basis new locations and ITSs eligible for the assessment criteria.
•Liaise with beneficiaries, collect information and implement all field activities.
•Responsible for the distribution after completing the assessments in North Bekaa areas.
•Responsible for reporting the work, challenges and activities implemented in the field on daily and weekly manners
Perform outreach activities in Bekaa areas covered by the project, including community-based awareness raising sessions on the importance of education, students with special needs, and access to formal school.
•Participate in needs assessments, focus group discussions, awareness raising and information activities, and liaise with M&E team for Feedback on M&E assessments.
•Mobilize and support Parent Teacher Associations (PTA) to support children’s learning in community areas.
•Deliver mobilization and training sessions on Parenting Skills for PTA members.
•Identify community members who can work as homework tutors for refugee children, and support the homework tutors with necessary stationary and monitoring.
•Collect data and fill assessments forms.
•Ensure proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies on ONA)
•Attend regular coordination meeting meetings with Project Officer, Senior Project Officer and Education Manager in IRC Zahle Field Office
•Focal point for the petty cash purchase procedures in the Education team.
•Prepare the issuances and store release for the needed Martials in all locations.
update the maps and information on the buildings and residential units in the field. Visit the families determined by the Central Administration of Statistics and complete the forms related to it.
