•Process accounts payables from purchase order to check disbursements; maintain all records connected with this process.
•Prepare all reports connected with accounts payable.
•Process accounts receivable including preparing invoices and billing.
•Prepare data entry to computerized accounting data base of general journal, cash receipts and other journals.
•Prepare bank deposits make the appropriate accounting entries in order to determine the outstanding checks.
