forecasts; investigate reasons for unsatisfactory performance, provide recommendations

Lead, review, and manage works of the EPC package, validate the electrical works done by
the electrical lead of engineering GES+ contractor during FEED, optimize and validate the
deliverables during detailed engineering phase in compliance to the international codes,
SAUDI ARAMCO standards and SEC standards, monitoring progress and attending progress
review meeting on weekly basis.
Ensure the GES+ deliver electrical engineering design according to required timeframes
and Saudi Aramco/ SEC standards by supervising the performance of GES+ and by
reviewing the drawings & documents.
Ensure the DD deliverables (30%, 60%, 90% and the IFC) provided by GES+ are as per Saudi
Aramco standards SAEP‐303.
Defined engineering problems, collected data, and established facts and drew conclusions
to solve any engineering issues.
Full understanding for SAMSS, SAES and SAEP and ensuring that engineering team and
procurement team are follow the same.
Review the design packages (30%, 60%, 90% & IFC) in line with the scope of work, assure
proper implementation of the respective data sheets, Non‐Material Requirements (NMRs),
and comment response closure after each review cycle.
Provide technical support for electrical site execution activities, on site engineering
consultation to resolve site queries during construction phase.
Preparation and review of technical specifications for high voltage (400kV & 132 kV),
medium voltage (11 kV & 33 kV) and low voltage (400 V) electricity network materials -
equipment
Prequalification evaluation of bids for procurement of 400kV auto Transformers and
(132/33/11kV & 132/11kV) Power transformers
Prequalification evaluation of bids for procurement of 33/11kV; 16MVA Mobile substation
and prepare Clarification letters to the Applicants
